45 Ways to Feel Happier

Depression is modern social evil. We get depressed of so many things that often the whole life seems to be the source of misery. But is everything really so bad or we just take it that seriously? I believe it is our wrong perception of reality that makes us feel depressed. And that means by changing the perception we can change the way feel. Doing this is quite easy. Read 45 ways to feel happier and try at least 10 of them to achieve the goal.

1. Go for a walk every day and spend no less than 20-30 minutes in the open air. When I say ‘go for a walk’ it means you should just walk, with no purpose, and enjoy the process. Hurrying to the office or the supermarket doesn’t count.
2. Spend at least 8 hours for sleep that is essential for the organism to function well. You’ll feel more optimistic when you wake up.

3. Find time for listening to soft music, meditating, dreaming. While doing that forget about your problems and just think positively.
4. Don’t restrict yourself with socializing with people of your age only. Talk to children and old people and you will see how different visions of life can be. Life will seem brighter and more interesting to you!
5. Spend some time alone. Sit in a quiet place and concentrate on your feelings and sensations. Do it daily.
6. Participate in games, both mind and active ones. Play ball with your child, do crosswords, find something that’s different from what you do on the regular basis.
7. Learn a foreign language. Listen to songs in it, watch films. If you feel it necessary start teaching a language you already know. You’ll have a chance to talk to people that do not belong to your usual social sphere.
8. Forgive everybody for everything. The main thing here is to forgive people in your soul. You don’t have to tell everyone that you’ve forgiven them, do it for yourself.

Genting Highland



说长不长说短不短,最后一次我上云顶高原,是当我还在小学念书的时候...
当时的我,什么都不能玩,因为身高不允许(其实就是不敢玩..xD)
就在今年,高龄十八的我,爹娘突然说要去哪儿嬉戏...


第一,我就去玩了 我想也没有想到 我竟然会去玩那恐怖的游戏, 那就是 跳 楼 机
生平中的第一次哦!
排队排了超过半个小时, 才轮到我....不过不觉得不耐烦,因为在等待期间,都在想等我下会怎样死...><
轮到我了!整个没超过1分钟的跳楼过程中,我最记得的,就是掉下来的那一萨那!我离开了椅子,双脚飘了起来,感受到地心引力的威力...LOL!! 双眼不敢张开。风把我吹得冷得要命..毕生难忘呀!




受了刺激后,就来点轻松的,就是坐船..^^
顺着 “河流”,看着河里要死要死了的鱼儿,还有一些浮尸...果然让我打开眼界!







接下来就是旋转木马...不用排队,就可以玩到了!哈哈!

Final Destination 5

It was a very tiring day.
i had 3 hours of Chemistry tuition class in the morning
then afternoon 2 and half hours Bio tuition
after that went for movie
then dinner with relatives.
damn tired! but i'm still on9-ing now..=P

okay..the most memorable part of my day was not those tuition classes,
but is the movie---Final Destination 5..xD
my friend and i brought our younger sis to watch with us too.
but too bad, the movie is above 18!!
we so worry the worker will check IC.
but luckily they didn't..xD
so 4 of us successfully pass through the entrance..lol
my friend was so happy to watch this movie that she had awaiting for so long.
she like those bloody and cruel movie...zzz
so, this was my 1st time to watch this type of movie in cinema.(excited!!)
i borrowed my friend's hand bag to be backup (to block my sight from the screen, LOL)
when the movie started,
ok...my sis and i can say were wasting money [you noe what i mean..><]
but my friend and her sis didn't even wink their eyes...@@
next time better buy CD to watch enough..
oppss..no next time...F5 will be the last episode..sob sob..xD
yaa..the most yucky part was the eye laser!!
omg!! i swear i wouldn't do eye laser next time...LoL

i'm 18 now...and still face the problem as above...
I got my driving license more than three months ago,
but still, i can't drive by myself..i mean without accompany of parents and sister...
because they x allow me to do so..haiz...
i can't drive at night
i can't drive when masa puncak
i only can drive around my housing area

they always tell me that don't be afraid of the other cars...just drive in your own lane carefully....
but why don't they let me drive at waktu puncak??
they answered me..
"you still new, don't know how to handle it.."
but u taught me that don't be afraid of those cars...
and Kuantan's waktu puncak actually x puncak sangat la...
and ur car is automatic not manual...
why you so worry bout it...

if they accompany me...i will not really care and aware of the cars left and right, up and down...
because i knew if got any things happen they will warn me immediately...haha!!

LaddaLand

watched《Ladda Land》at GSC ECM with friends just now..
a Thailand horror movie..
now i only realise that i'm not really scare when watching a horror movie..
just my friends scream then i scream together...haha!!
syok a bit ma..xDD

even though Laddaland is 18 and above...
but i prefer which 13pg..
the sound effect really frighten me..><
and the story are more interesting than Laddaland..
however, i felt wanna cry at the end of the show, so touching..TT
haha!!
